Plain version of Monithon platform for other countries to use

## Translations

To add translations, refer to the Translation Matrix Spreadsheet. The document needs to be used like so: 
1. Enter new fields, strings, text snippets or labels into the first tab, **Labels**
2. Click on the tab of the relevant language you want to add translations for
3. Look for the snippet you want to translate
4. Add translation in **Column D** of said tab

**Please do not change or amend anything else in the language tabs. Only enter translations in Column D.**

## Setup

When creating a new instance, remember to manually create the /public/resources directory (to host uploaded files) and change the permissions accordingly
